Mary Jo Pedersen has been a teacher, trainer and author in the areas of family ministry, marriage spirituality, and parenting for over twenty-five years. She writes for Catholic News Service’s “Faith Alive” series and has authored several books including her latest, For Better, For Worse, For God: Exploring the Holy Mystery of Marriage from Loyola Press. She has been married for forty years and has three grown children. She served on the staff of the Family Life Office in the Archdiocese of Omaha for twenty-five years and was formerly an advisor to the USCCB Committee on Marriage and Family.
